The Chestnuts Australia Field Day/Conference will be held in 2025 on the 12th – 14th September

Briefly the program will include:
* Formal dinner on the Friday evening
* Informal dinner on the Saturday evening
* Annual General Meeting of Chestnuts Australia Inc.
* Orchard visit including demonstrations of new technologies
The broad components of the program are:
* Half-day interactive workshop utilising the expertise of John Stanley – an internationally
acclaimed speaker and an innovative chestnut grower.
* Conference dinner (at which industry members will be recognised)
* Overview of the activities of the industry organisation and the allocation of industry
statutory levies
* Wide range of presentations covering topics including pests and diseases, new technology,
marketing and business development. A number of the presenters are highly respected and
qualified researchers from varying Australian Universities
* Field activity at which new technology will be presented
* Informal function on the Saturday evening at a regional venue. In addition, there will be a number of orchard visits available to delegates on the Sunday
